David and Sheila’s love story started after meeting on a Facebook group for deaf singles. Previously, the latter revealed that Mangubat didn’t ask for any money during the first year of their relationship. However, she lost her job during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a fire destroyed her home. Again, a Typhoon hit her home, making things worse. So, David stepped in to help her with money upon asking. Finally, he visited the Philippines to meet her in person. Sadly, Sheila lost her mother just one day after meeting her partner.
Sheila’s mother lost her life after falling from the stairs of the dilapidated home. Now, the 90 Day Fiance star still wants Davidr to help her more in rebuilding her home. However, he is unsure of how he is going to manage the finances all alone because he is not rich. Plus, Sheila also felt embarrassed to ask him, but she was not doing any job or didn’t have any other family members. She wanted David to make her son Jhonreil comfortable around him.
Now fans are guessing if Sheila and her son have moved to America to be with David. But the 90 Day Fiance star is still in the Philippines these days. She uploaded a video on August 19 on social media. In it, she was singing a Karaoke with her family. Hence, Sheila and her son have still not moved to the US.
