A young couple lost their lives in a tragic accident just minutes after exchanging wedding vows, leaving their loved ones in shock and mourning. According to CNN, the incident occurred in Texas, where the newlyweds Harley Morgan, 19, and Rhiannon Boudreaux, 20, were killed in a car crash shortly after their wedding ceremony on August 23.

The couple had tied the knot at the Orange County Courthouse in Texas, and had just left the venue in their car after the ceremony. However, their joyous celebration was cut short when their car was hit by a heavy-duty truck carrying a crane on Highway 87. Witnesses reported that the impact was so severe that the couple’s car flipped several times before landing in a ditch by the side of the road.

Tragically, the newlyweds were wearing their wedding attire when they died on the spot. The driver of the truck was unharmed in the accident.

Harley’s mother, Kennia, tearfully shared that her son and his bride had just started their new life together, and that their dreams were cut short in an instant. She also revealed that the young couple had known each other since high school and had planned to have a bigger wedding ceremony on December 20, ahead of Christmas.

Kennia also expressed the agony of witnessing her son’s death and how the sight of the accident would haunt her for the rest of her life. The family and loved ones of the young couple were left to grieve and come to terms with their tragic loss.

The incident is a tragic reminder of how life can be unpredictable and precious. The young couple’s dreams and hopes for the future were cut short, leaving their loved ones with only memories of their brief but joyous moments together. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends affected by this tragedy.
